Terms of Peer Communication & Clinical Oversight:

1. Mutual Friend Gate: Direct messages and speech matrix exports are only unlocked once both parties mutually accept a friend request.
2. Supervisory Oversight: To ensure patient safety, assigned CORU Speech & Language Therapists (e.g. Dr. Sarah O'Connor) and the Sovereign Superadmin have clinical observation access to peer communication threads.
3. Post-Quantum Zero-Knowledge Encryption: Messages are sealed using NIST FIPS 203 ML-KEM-768 lattice cryptography.
4. Right to Erasure (GDPR Art. 17): You may delete any conversation or leave the parent community at any time with immediate cryptographic data scrubbing.
